Rick is a graduate of Ohio Northern University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Rick earned his law degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law, in 1991, before he joined the law firm of Shindler, Neff, Holmes, Worline & Mohler, L.L.P. He currently practices at Holmes &Emery, L.L.P. Rick is admitted to practice before the Ohio Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Rick has successfully argued in front of the Ohio Supreme Court.
Rick practices in the areas of general litigation, personal injury, appellate practice, real estate, business, and corporate law. Rick is an instructor of Business Law at Lourdes College in Sylvania, OH. He and his wife, Kim, have two children and reside in Toledo.
